Since 2004 Travel Service, Ltd. provides business and research services to individuals, companies, organizations, and NGOs. Our company offers a wide variety of services including travel and relocation solutions, business development, market research and consulting in the tourism, education and human resources sectors. Our extensive experience and network are the basis for our professional services, with the emphasis given to quality and effective use of the resources. Our priority is to give our clients the best service with highly personal approach. Our company includes an integrated travel agency to provide support and travel solutions for our projects and initiatives. Since 2008 we specialize also in the human resources field and have been active in recruiting qualified workers from Vietnam for international companies with production units in Slovakia. Our projects so far have included: - training and cultural integration support for foreign staff relocating to Europe. - preliminary assessment of Small to Medium Enterprise empowerment programs and their possible impact in emerging countries. - joint collaboration with university faculties (Economic University of Bratislava, Hanoi State University, University of Da Nang) to organize summer training in economics for teachers and students (funded by EU development program and local education initiatives). - recruitment overseas (Vietnam, South Korea and other emerging countries) according to future employer needs (working experience & skills, language skills, professional qualifications) in coordination with HR dept. - administrative support for the process of obtaining the work permission, the stay permission in Slovakia, getting the visa, talking to official institutions in Slovakia and Vietnam, official translation of documents. - transportation coordination of future employees from Vietnam to Slovakia and/or return. - we organize language courses and professional training in Slovakia and additional foreign countries (such as Vietnam) in coordination with future employers. - we provide slovak speeking coordinators or translators. - community support after arrival to Slovakia and during the stay in Slovakia.
